A Habit with a Bad Habit...

Old habits are hard to break, especially when you want to start a new one. You know, like working out, or saving money. But the crown jewel of all habits is listening to the voice of doubt, the harpy who sits on your shoulder dishing out insults with a snarky smile on her face.

What if you changed your intention from say, working out, to just getting out the door? Just get your running shoes on and slam the door. She'll be waiting for you when you get back, and up to no good, but at least you'll have knocked that chip off her shoulder. (Lather, rinse, repeat.)

Now go get (un)busy, Lisa

Great post on habits.

I’ve been using a web-based app called GoalsOnTrack to track goals and habits. It’s very effective in helping you keep focused and getting things done. You may want to give it a try: http://www.goalsontrack.com

That's perfect that people are able to receive the loans and that opens up completely new possibilities.
