If you want to stop craving balance, answer these 5 questions

If you want to stop craving balance, get one thing straight about your busyness:

You're choosing it.

Stop.

How? Answer these questions and when you're done, take repeated, consistent action. Massive action, as Alex Shalman says.

  1. What do you value MOST?
  2. What do you want MOST?
  3. What's in the way?
  4. What are you willing to give up?
  5. Who is responsible?

Once you get that down, you're going to need to say no. Constantly. Consistently. Here's what no looks like:

No..Not at this time...Thank you, but I'm not able to participate at this time...My priorities have shifted, and I will have to decline.

Nuff said.

In joy,

Lisa
