Goal Setting from the Inside Out

Each age or milestone in our lives presents an opportunity to take a deep look at what’s important to us, and what wants to emerge or be invented for the next leg of the journey. Often this turning point is the result of months or years of being out of balance and burning the candle at both ends. Or it might be a major change that lands in our lap to deal with that feels more like a crisis than an opportunity. Whatever the challenge, a shift in gears is in order.

In this workshop, we’ll pause to reflect on where we’ve been by discovering or re-examining our values, purpose and strengths. Then we’ll turn our attention to the future and cobble a specific plan for our newly imagined choices to unfold. We may need to let go of old ideas and plans. Or we may need to hang on to the one persistent wish that’s been lying dormant in the fertile soil of our imaginations.
